EAS Agamemnon from Babylon-5

This is my modest homage to the iconic battleship from the classic TV series **”Babylon-5″.

During my recent re-watch I fell in love all over again with this unique and memorable show!

The Agamemnon was one of the first Omega-class destroyers, and was the flagship of the legendary and messianic John J. Sheridan.
She played a vital role in the rebellion against the fascist Earth government under the corrupt and murderous President Clark.
There’s a lesson for us all right there!

“EAS Omega Babylon-5” 3D Model:

The “EAS Agamemnon” model and textures depicted in this video are derived from the original works created by Chris Clark and shared on Sketchfab under a Creative Commons By Attribution License.

Chris’ original model and textures were extensively modified by me in order to be used within my preferred 3D suite (IMAGINEv2.19 by Impulse, Inc 2004).

The model geometry was disassembled, re-sized, and otherwise “kitbashed”; the textures were also re-sized, re-coloured, and otherwise modified.

Thanks and appreciation go to Chris for sharing his creation on Sketchfab!

“Starfury Fighter model”:
The Starfury 3D model used in this video was derived and converted from a low-polygon model originally downloaded from an Amiga BBS in 1994.
The archive contained 4 models in Imagine .IOB format, which the uploader found on the web (http:/www.uel.ac.uk/pers/1068/Models.html).
The site no longer exists, and the Wayback Machine was no help, so unfortunately its author and origins have been lost to the mists of time.
If anyone has any insights or info, I will happily update these credits!

**Any inaccuracies or errors in modelling and textures are entirely my own!**
